I WILL DRAW

  • Any genders

  • Any species

  • Anthros/Furry

  • Humans and Humanoids

  • Nudity/Erotic/18+/light BDSM

  • Complex Designs

  • DnD/Cyber/Corp

PAYMENT

  • Full prepayment

  • Payment in USD via Paypal

  • For pieces over 250 USD it is possible to make partial payments. In this case prepayment is 50% of the price, and other part goes after approved sketch

  • If you want an illustration artwork to be private (not published anywhere), you must pay 100% of the artwork’s price

  • If I can't share the work process or mustn't publish the artwork before a certain deadline, then you should pay 30% extra of the price

Payment is generally non refundable!

  • Conditions for refunds are:

  • I didn’t start to work on your commission within 3 month from the moment when payment was made

  • and didn’t notify you about the reason

  • I can’t provide the final result for any reason

  • If you want to request a refund while the refund conditions was met:

  • I'll return the part of the payment you made, depending on the status of your commission at the moment

  • If the artwork is not started yet - you get 100% back

I WON'T DRAW

  • Harmful Drug Use

  • Death or Heavy gore

  • Offensive gestures

  • Political Messages

  • Any sort of hateful content

  • hypertrophy of proportions

  • gore

COMMISSION PROCESS

  • Completion time depends on the complexity of the piece, work load and personal life events, it can be difficult fo finish art pieces sometimes. Please be patient with me, I'm doing my best with every commission I get

  • My deadline is 2 months

MY RIGHTS

  • I, the artist, retain full exclusive rights to the original artwork

  • I have the right to refuse any commission without explanation

  • The client may not claim the artwork as their own or use it for anything other than personal use

  • The client has my permission to repost my work on any social network, so I demand credits, and that my watermark / signature remains intact and unchanged

  • Only me and the commissioner (or current owner of the characters/design) may use the artwork/designs produced for them

CHARACTER PERMISSION AND OWNERSHIP

  • My designs may be re-sold, traded, and gifted

  • Resales must match the original purchase value of the adopt, with additives only for commissions purchased or art personally made
